Stellar customer service
Absolutely stellar customer service. I signed up for a trial, then forgot to cancel due to health issues and I was billed for a month. I contacted the team and explained my situation. They were very prompt and professional, and even though this was not their fault, nor was the product unsatisfactory, they refunded me the full month immediately. Customer service has declined considerably in the past few years and seeing a company that still treats customers with respect and understanding is very refreshing. Thank you again for the pleasant experience and I look forward to resume my use of your program in the future. 🙏🏼
