Amazing support team and so many workouts
I had an issue accessing the program I wanted in this app. The support team reached out immediately and fixed everything for me so fast! They were so helpful and response time was incredible and friendly. So many workouts to choose from also and quick ones to fit into my busy schedule.

Amazing customer service…
My wife signed up for BetterMe while searching for alternate workout options to her usual yoga routine. She signed up just to take a look and didn't realize she had subscribed. When we reached out to cancel, I asked if we could have the most recent period refunded, even though it was not covered under their refund policy. They were understanding and kind enough to refund the full 8 months of subscription fees, even though they were not required to. Their customer service was excellent, and we will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for this kind of service. Thanks again to the BetterMe customer service team.

Amazing team
I had started betterme last summer and unfortunately a couple weeks into it i had some medical issues which hindered me from working out. The team at better me was extremely kind and helpful, also recommending their mental health app etc. It is very rare to find an online app, where the team is actually helpful and understanding and very quick to respond. I am finally able to work out again and excited to see the progress I will make with their help!

The workout is good
The workout is good. You just have to do it. I didnt use it enough and the rep was kind enough to refund me the subscription after i also forgot to stop renewal. I would definitely keep using the app

Great customer service!
I didn’t realize I was signing up for a subscription; I thought it was a one time purchase. I have a back injury and am still in physical therapy recovering, so I’m not able to complete the exercises right now. I contact the customer service and they were able to get me a full refund! I am so appreciative of their help and kindness that I will definitely reconsider joining again once I finish physical therapy and am in a better position to complete the program.
