Terrible experience: their mistake, my expense!
I bought a dress I can never wear because of wrong sizes on the site. They admitted the mistake, even publicly replying to my review, and offered to refund the return shipping costs. However, the package must be shipped to Texas, even though delivery came from Milan. They do not provide a return label, so shipping costs over 90 euros. Also, at customs, Zapaka would have to pay customs duties, with the risk that without payment, the package would stay there and the customer would not get a refund. I was forced to keep an unusable dress with their promise to refund a very small amount compared to the money spent. Disrespectful. Low professionalism. Total disorganization. I do not recommend buying here.
