Attempted to get a simple fix to a (likely common) problem (Error 05) and received nothing but "did you turn it on and off" type of instructions. I have huge paperweight on my counter and will not buy again. Going to check the top pick from wire-cutter instead. Google: "The ER05 error on Breville espresso machines (most commonly the Barista Touch) indicates a failure or broken wire in the NTC temperature/milk jug sensor. To fix this, you will need to replace the NTC Milk Sensor Assembly"...not turning it on and off or discussing the beans that are used....thanks for wasting my time and money.
