🚨 WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE – NEVER AGAIN! 🚨 Ordering from Novelship has been one of the biggest online shopping mistakes I have ever made. I have never experienced this level of frustration, stress, and mental harassment just to return or exchange ONE product. The product did not fit, the required size was unavailable, and instead of offering a reasonable solution, Novelship made the entire return and refund process unnecessarily difficult and exhausting. What is even more shocking is that they are keeping MORE THAN HALF of the amount I paid and refunding only a small portion of my money, all in the name of their so-called “policies.” How is this fair to a customer who has returned an unused product because the correct size was unavailable? I had to repeatedly follow up, argue for a fair resolution, and waste an unreasonable amount of time and energy over a simple return. Instead of helping the customer, the entire experience has been frustrating, stressful, and completely unacceptable. I deeply regret ordering from Novelship. Based on my personal experience, I would strongly request everyone to THINK TWICE before ordering from this website. Please read every single line of their return and refund policies carefully before spending your hard-earned money. I personally will NEVER order from Novelship again.
