EVERY ORDER came in soggy, thawed boxes
The first order had many meals that did not come at all from my prepared list. EVERY ORDER came in soggy, warm boxes, thawed food, and even broken seals with food rolling around in the bottom. NEVER did they offer compensation in any way. When I canceled they still charged my account and sent me the wrong menu. TERRIBLE!
