Website Is Confusing, Applicator Needs Redesign
Here's a smoother, more natural version of your feedback: I really don't like how the website is set up. The same products are listed under different categories with different prices, which makes it confusing. I'm new to using the products, so I can't really rate the results yet, but I can definitely rate the user experience. I recently purchased the Brow & Lash Enhancement Serum, and I'm not a fan of the applicator. It uses a very thin brush, which makes it difficult to apply to the brows. I'm not sure why it isn't designed more like a mascara wand so it could be used easily on both lashes and brows.
