Don't ever order something and try to exchange it. I sent in an item to simply exchange it for a different size. It's taken over 2 weeks and I've had to contact an agent, twice, to find out what is delaying this exchange. Buy something, hope it fits but do not go through the painful steps of an exchange with them. If anything, write it off as a loss, save yourself the time and aggravation.
