I had placed my order with expedited shipping and when it said it wasn’t going to be here when it said it would, I reached out and the customer service I was met with was some of the best I have ever received. Not only was my servicer polite, she showed me how much FashionPass values their members and wants them to be taken care of. I haven’t been a member for long but I have loved my experience. I’m excited to continue FashionPass :)
