Getting a new package and having new clothes to wear gives me an excuse to get out and do something fun, and it’s honestly been such a positive addition to my life during a really busy season. On top of that, their customer service has been wonderful. Every interaction I’ve had has been kind, responsive, and accommodating.
The BEST customer service!! I’m so impressed with Fashion Pass! I had an issue with a dress I ordered for an upcoming trip and was honestly so worried I wouldn’t have enough time to get a replacement. I reached out to their customer service team, and they were SO helpful. They sent a replacement dress within 8 hours, which meant I was still able to have it in time for my trip! They were so kind, responsive, and made what could have been a stressful situation completely seamless. I’ve never had customer service go above and beyond like that, especially on such a quick turnaround. 10/10 customer service! I’m so happy I joined Fashion Pass and can’t wait to keep using it! 🤍

This company is basically a scam. They don’t fulfill their promises and they bait and switch you on the initial purchase contract . 100% do not recommend.
Overpriced. Sends you worn out, tearing, stained items and does not refund at all. Also you get “10 monthly items” but you only get 5 then have to mail them all back to get 5 more. So of the 30 days you might be lucky to have the items 20 of the days and you will also most likely not be able to wear them all because of quality issues. Of the 15 times I received over my 2 month subscription , I was able to wear 8 because of these issues and I didn’t have time to even get my last set of 5 items. So in total it was roughly $30/wear. Total rip off since the items aren’t even good quality materials. Mostly polyester and rayon. You could go to TJ Max and get the same quality and get to keep the item for less than $30.
Jade was absolutely incredible! I had an issue with one of my returns and she truly went above and beyond to listen to my needs and follow through on the problem and find a resolution. Never along the way did I feel like I needed to keep asking for a follow up, I knew she would help me and I really appreciated her excellent customer service! I love everything I rent from here!

Christina was extremely helpful, efficient, and quick to respond! I accidentally ordered the wrong size and realized it after I had already placed my order. I emailed customer service, and Christina responded quickly each time and was able to switch the item for me in time! This literally made my day, especially because great customer service can be hard to find these days. Not only did Christina help me and save the day, but she also followed up afterward to make sure I didn’t need anything else. That extra touch really stood out to me! I’ve already recommended FashionPass to multiple friends—not only because of the amazing price point, but also because I constantly receive compliments whenever I wear the items. I am truly enjoying Fashionpass. I love that I can rent 5 clothing pieces and an accessory twice a month. The clothing is super cute and arrives fast, like 3 days! To send it back, just put the clothing in the prelabeled bag and drop it off at the closest FedEx drop off location, which in my case it's a dollar general. And to make things better, the customer service is top-tier.
I ordered the same week as my vacation for the first time and the website is super simple to navigate. I was so happy that the items I wanted were in stock and came 3 days after I placed my order. Everything fit perfectly and I am super excited to get my next order. I could not recommend FashionPass enough! They even reached out to me a few days after I received my clothes to see how my experience was going, which I appreciate. They care about their customers no matter how big the company is.
FashionPass customer service is consistently top notch. I recently had issues with my package and the courier delivering it to the wrong location resulting in a missing package. The team at FashionPass quickly responded to me with a stepwise approach at an attempted recovery and even refunded a portion of my monthly payment for the days I missed service. They are friendly and customer focused which is why I will always be a return customer.

I had placed my order with expedited shipping and when it said it wasn’t going to be here when it said it would, I reached out and the customer service I was met with was some of the best I have ever received. There’s been a few instances where the shipping company hasn’t gotten my order to me in the time it was supposed to, and FashionPass has always done everything they could to make things right.
