Christina was extremely helpful, efficient, and quick to respond! I accidentally ordered the wrong size and realized it after I had already placed my order. I emailed customer service, and Christina responded quickly each time and was able to switch the item for me in time! This literally made my day, especially because great customer service can be hard to find these days. Not only did Christina help me and save the day, but she also followed up afterward to make sure I didn’t need anything else. That extra touch really stood out to me! I’ve already recommended FashionPass to multiple friends—not only because of the amazing price point, but also because I constantly receive compliments whenever I wear the items.
