No concern for privacy
I am a returning customer with Pettable for an ESA letter. The first letter was protective of my information and gave the basic details my apartment complex needed. The renewal gave specific symptomatic detail. When I asked for this to be adjusted, I was denied even though the initial letter stated these details were not to be shared without my permission which the second provider did not have. Good service to use if you’re in a pinch, but if you have the option to go to a different provider, I would.
