RX order
I have been dealing with this company for over a year. Never had a problem until now. I renewed my subscription and paid the monthly fee on 07/04/2026. and they charged for meds on 07/05/2026 Normally they contact me right away and order the prescription. This time however when i contacted them they said they got my payment however there is no tracking number that they could provide and that they are waiting on the pharmacy. I am completely out of my medication now. i normally get my prescription with in five days after i am charged. I was expecting it to arrive today and according to the website - it says they will get back with me. online i was informed to call 800 number its just a bot that greets you and says let me help you with that - and that is all it does - it does not help or say anything else and all you hear is dead air. I was able to finally speak to someone-- they did rush my meds to me- i am satisified now.
