Prior to delivery
Prior to delivery, I needed to change the delivery date. the person on the phone explained that it could be done only after it has reached the destination warehouse. That was helpful. The delivery team was EXCELENT! These two young men were respectful (asked if I would like them to take off shoes), and well qualified in assembling the product. They were top notch. You are lucky to have them on your team.
