The worst customer service
The customer service I received from Koprez was exceptionally disappointing. I purchased the Koprez Plantar Fascitis foot sleeves, but my podiatrist advised me not to use them. I attempted to initiate a return by both phone and email, but received no response. After my second call, I was told the return would be processed and that I would receive an email—none ever arrived. I continued calling and emailing without success. Only after leaving a message stating that I would involve legal counsel if necessary did I finally receive both a phone call and an email addressing my original request. Although I was well within the return window, Koprez failed to follow their own return policy. After five voicemail messages and numerous emails, it took nearly one month to receive a refund. During this process, I was informed that the one‑year replacement warranty I had purchased was non‑refundable, leaving me with coverage for a product I no longer possess. Based on this experience, I will not be doing business with Koprez again.
