Awsome, caring return policy
I purchased two of the same pillow for my daughter on a buy-one, get-one free . The pillow didn't work for her, so I wrote to them to return them, per their policy. They replied within minutes and proposed an exchange for a different pillow, but since they don't carry any any additional pillow styles that we wanted, I declined and they started the return. I received a second email that they would begin the refund process, and they then requested that I donate the pillows, as they want to be eco-responsible and not create additional environmental load on the supply chain. Not only did they not hesitate to refund my money, but they actually care about the planet! They were overall very kind and super-responsive, so I will happily pay it forward and donate the pillows where they are needed. I think they rock!
