Strange pricing
The luggage I sent was picked up and delivered on time with the exception of one of the two pickups which was a day late. Unlike the trip out, the trip back was fairly devoid of communication. One other thing struck me: the trip out from my town in France to London cost almost twice as much as the trip back, Cornwall to France. The explanation as to why was unsatisfactory.
