Terrible post-purchase service
Terrible post-purchase service. I returned my order almost 20 days ago, and I am still waiting for my refund. Customer support is dragging their feet, and this delay is completely unacceptable. I fulfilled my part by returning the item, but they are keeping my money. Absolutely frustrated with EcoFlow. Fix this immediately!
