I ordered a Jordan T-shirt
I ordered a Jordan T-shirt, and it arrived faded. I returned it as a defective product, but my claim was rejected because you said I had worn or washed it, which is simply not true. This is terrible customer service and extremely poor product quality. What is even more disappointing is that customers cannot leave product reviews on either the app or the website, so other buyers have no way of knowing about experiences like mine. The only response I receive is, “Tell us and we will pass your feedback on to the team.” I don’t want to tell your team—I want to warn other customers so they can make an informed decision before buying.
