Simply appalling customer service
If I could give less than one star I would. Order delayed unreasonably with no notice. I chased it a number of times but to no avail. Eventually I requested a refund. Nothing but AI bot responses for weeks. Eventually a refund agreed, well over a month ago, but still no refund!!
