Quickly and speedy- Great Customer Service
Quickly and speedy- Placed my order on 7/12/26 and it shipped the following day. My coupon failed to apply so I contacted customer service. Initially, I received an automated response. Following, was a 7am correspondence, offering a refund. Although I have not received my item yet I am VERY pleased with Ashford thus far and my experience with its customer service team.
