I have been using Dogtra products for the last few years and they've always performed perfectly. I recently had my first technical issue. After failing to solve it myself, I sent an email to Dogtra. Within an hour Shaun got back to me with the solution. Now I can say I'm happy with the customer service Dogtra provides as well!
