Be VERY Careful!

On a Tuesday, I signed up for an "introductory offer - 3-month trial period" advertised at $99/month for $39 down and the ability to cancel until I authorize the prescription. On Wednesday, I questioned via the app/customer general support whether the fee included the medication. I also questioned my inability to schedule a doctor's appointment. On Friday, I received a response to the appointment, suggesting that I needed to complete the onboarding process, which I did not. Then on Monday, I received a response to the support email sent the previous Wednesday, saying the medication was "additional" without specifying a charge, and an offer to buy their "bundled membership/medication" plan, which was not clearly offered at the outset. On this same day, I was sent a flurry of messages that my rx was filled, it was sent and on its way. My credit card was charged $149 which was not only unauthorized but also the amount does not correlate to any of their marketing messages to me. When I tried to reach customer support via telephone, I was met by "Alex" a very real life-like human voice (she does not announce up front she is a robot) which will only reluctantly transfer to a live agent. Once transferred I was met with a voicemail greeting announcing their queue was 15 minutes and they terminated the call. In short, this company, despite its claims to be very diligent over its patient care, will mis-lead, withhold, then shortcut and charge without a clear explanation of costs. This company is EXTREMELY deceptive in its sales practices and should be stopped.
