Charged hundreds for medication for my dead dog. They don't care.
My dog passed. They had a medication scheduled to ship. I canceled on the site, emailed and called (all useless because no one responded). They sent me a condolences email. Then an email that they shipped the meds. Thanks! I have to deal with hundreds being charged for medication for a dead dog. This is how I want to remember my loved pet. Poor customer service and automated fake care.
