We’ve been Trupanion policyholders for 8+ years. Like most pet parents, you pay your premiums hoping you never have to actually use the policy. When our boy developed some health issues this year, we had to file our very first claim. I cannot praise Trupanion enough for how painless they made the entire process. From the immediate email confirmation that our claim was initiated to receiving the reimbursement in the exact same week, the communication and speed were outstanding.
