My luggage was destroyed in the process
My luggage was destroyed in the process. The zipper was ripped out (someone at United Parcel Service obviously threw my suitcase against something hard and it damaged the hard shell of my luggage piece and the zipper ripped out). I will NEVER use this service again and will be calling tomorrow to place a claim. I would never recommend this service to anyone because of my experience. The piece of luggage must be thrown out because it can't be fixed; this was quality luggage (London Fog) and it was the first time I had ever used this particular piece. It literally had to be duct-taped together for me with assistance from the cruise personnel for me to get it home in one piece from the cruise. This situation occurred when I arrived on the cruise ship in New York (Cunard's Queen Mary 2) on 7/3/2026. I could not send this information until today because I did not get home until today. To say that I am angry and upset is an understatement.
