SCAM ALERT
SCAM ALERT: Unauthorized charge of $73 and impossible to cancel! I am writing this to warn everyone about Muse's fraudulent practices. They completely scammed me by making an unauthorized charge of exactly $73 (around 66,000 Chilean Pesos) directly from my account. Their platform is intentionally designed with "dark patterns" to make it impossible for users to cancel their subscriptions. I tried to cancel multiple times, but they blocked the process and forced the payment through anyway without my consent. This is a complete theft. Because of their abusive and predatory practices, I had to completely block my bank card, change it for a new one, and turn off my international payment settings to protect my money from them. I have already filed an official fraud complaint with my bank and the authorities. Do not trust this company. They are stealing money from thousands of people worldwide through hidden fees and forced renewals. Stay away!
