If there is 1 word to describe Easy Parcel. It would be Useless. If we needed more words. Utterly useless comes to mind. Simple shipment from Singapore turn into a hide and seek debacle with their support team filled with empty promises to escalate to their courier team. Hopelessly useless. After 7 working days. The package is still missing and all they say is escalated to courier team. It’s painfully obvious that they do not know what they are doing. Wtv bullshit integration they have is all fake news. They can’t even reveal who their courier partner is for me to follow up personally. Telling them to just hold the package at the sorting center also can’t be done cause they don’t kno what they are doing. Do not use this company for any reason whatsoever unless you want high blood pressure.
