If I could give AGODA zero stars, I would! They are a dishonest business and extremely lowlife disgusting behaviour I had an urgent matter to cancel my booking (due to a passing of a loved one) which I often make it through Agoda, and I requested for a cancellation (under the diamond program) and they lied to me saying that their partner hotel were the ones that rejected the booking. However when I checked it out with the hotel that I booked via email, the hotel said they have no received such request from Agoda. What a lowlife scum platform Agoda is to try to scam tens of dollars
