Small 3D crystal cube / key chain
Where do I start with this sorry, disrespectful, unprofessional 3D innovation company. This company has no communication skills and will take your money from your account and fill your order without communicating especially if you have tried multiple times to contact them by emails and phone calls before they are available for business. When I contacted 3D innovation over the weekend it’s very understandable that no one would reach out to me until business has opened but to never contact me or respond to my emails is insane. I left several emails which never got returned. I called customer service all day until closing hours and I only got a recording message. It asked you to press 1 for customer service and press 2 to speak with an online representative and then it will states that no one can take your call at this time and to leave a message which never got returned. It also tells you to contact an emergency number which is listed on the voicemail and that number stated to leave a voicemail which never got returned. I even left another email that Monday morning around business hours hoping to get a response but then to just get a confirmation shipment hours later that evening without any response back is inconsiderate. Until this day three weeks later still no reply back from emails or voicemails. I placed an order around Father’s day for the 20% off special for a wedding anniversary gift for August and stated on the email and voicemail that I wasn’t in a rush for the order and I would like to make a correction to my order and add more details. I truly expected better communication and better services. Whoever fulfilled my order was done with no professional service and quality. You barely can see the image on the small crystal cube and the key chain. No matter how big or small a project is it should be done with great detail work and quality. I’m very disappointed in this company and there is no way I can give this gift to my sister and husband.
