I recently used this company for blood work, because I just started TRT. At the beginning there was a series of unfortunate events that was making my overall experience pretty frustrating. That being said, I truly believe none of it was intentional or malicious. However after getting in touch with them and voicing my concerns, they immediately fixed my issues and had me squared away perfectly. I couldn't recommend a better company based off of my experience with them. They treated me with respect and seemed to value me as a customer. I'll continue to use them indefinitely, and recommend them to anyone who's needing bloodwork done. Thank you for everything. Robert
