I would strongly advise against purchasing from this company.I placed an order for a dog bed over six weeks ago, and it still hasn't arrived. During this time, I have received absolutely no communication or updates regarding my order. I've sent multiple emails requesting an update, but every single one has been ignored. At this point, I've paid for a product that I haven't received and have no idea if or when it will ever arrive. Based on the reviews here, it seems that public complaints are the only way to receive a response, so unfortunately I've had to resort to leaving one myself. I hope this finally prompts someone to contact me. Order # FF23388AU
