DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They use independent contractors to service your appliances. The tech they sent over was not knowledgeable about my repair. I was expecting a tech with a van or truck. I got a tech with a car. On the website they state an $89.00 diagnostics charge. I was charged $109 dollars which they say will be taken off if you do the repair. He said I needed a drain hose for the washing machine and had to order the part. Once he had the part he informed me he is no longing working with PULS. I contacted PULS asking for a refund. They refused. I am out the $109. I had to hire a reputable company to do the repair. It was the drain valve and not the hose. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Hire a reputable company. Do not make the same mistake I did.
