Scam (but maybe refunded?)
Scam. My daughter bought one song a year ago and they charged my card around $160, over the following year before I noticed. Fake support email, sends same copy paste response I see in other reviews here. All "official" responses here are obviously fake copy pasta too. From what I can tell, it appears they are also posting fake positive reviews on this site about fulfilled refund requests. Update (second): I received another email, claiming the entire charge will be refunded. I will monitor my credit card over the coming month to see if this happens. A verified refund will raise my review to 2 stars, although I'd still say auto subscription sign up is unethical.
