Well after a few more weeks with Angi…
Well after a few more weeks with Angi we are still disappointed with them as contractors. We finally got to talk to the person that was supposed to be over us if we needed any help. All he could tell us was still a lot of lies and even said he didn’t know who he worked for. I asked to get my money back we paid them which was 420.00 and was told that we signed a 12 month contract with them which we didn’t. He finally gave us a credit for 350.000 for the next month and said we still owed them 70.00 for the next month and we paid 35 for a lead in our area and they wouldn’t return that so we got one job from them for 455.00 and everything else was fake leads or out of our area. I finally got him to give us the 350.00 credit which went to the next month he would not give the money back to us and then I got a call from customer care which is a joke to because he said that he would give us the 420.00 credit after the first guy said they couldn’t do that but he did and said that he would start sending us leads again and that was last week and we have only gotten 3 leads so far and none of them has been good leads. So I would not recommend Angi to any contractor they will take your money and tell you that you signed a contract when you didn’t and then they will tell you that you owe them more money.
