Terrible Product/Customer Service
We purchased solar panels and multiple Eco Flow PowerOcean Plus 5kw batteries from Eco flow over 7 weeks ago. During the day of installation the batteries looked to be working however they stopped charging at 36%. Ecoflow sent the same engineer out twice and he told us there was nothing he can do. Since then, the app is now no longer registering the batteries and the home usage is basically at 0W usage which is just not correct. We haven't been provided any useful information other than it's with the technical and R&D team with no updates and having to chase to get the same response everytime. No indication if the batteries will be replaced or if we will be left another 7 weeks without working batteries after spending thousands on this. This is just ridiculous....
