I recently purchased a nice fender amp from a local B&M- Unfortunately, it had a hiccup. I called into Fender support and got Will D on the phone - nicest guy ever. Will D took care of my amp issue in a fast, efficient manner in times when you're lucky to get other companies to answer the phone. It was actually refreshing to have a caring human on the phone. I own a lot of Fender products from vintage amps, custom shop Teles and Strats - the care and attention Will D gave my situation has ensured - I will remain a loyal Fender enthusiast.
