I had an issue where FedEx charged me extra for several shipping labels because they used incorrect package dimensions and weight. I contacted ShipStation support and provided photos showing the actual size and weight of my packages. Their support team carefully reviewed my case, worked with FedEx on my behalf, and the extra charges were refunded.
