No delivery and ignored emails
I paced an order (FF31733U) on 21 May and despite having an order confirmed email have not received my order or a response to the emails I sent chasing on 10 and 30 June or the emails I sent asking to cancel my order on 8 July. I can understand delays happen but a complete lack of communication leads me to believe I’ve been scammed. I am currently initiating the process to get funds back via my credit card company.
