DO NOT USE THEM DESPITE SOME GOOD REVIEWS. do your homework, there are better cheaper faster options. I needed a copy of my marriage license in Colorado. This company delayed my application because of a series of internal error. I had to call from overseas to fix things. They then "processed" my application and send the request to the WRONG place in Colorado. It needed to go to the County, they sent it to the State. I called and chatted several times with customer service trying to explain this and they would hear it. They insisted they were right in spite of what the County Records office website states. After 5 weeks I called again, a man claims he wrote to their Vital Records office in Colorado and admitted they had "some problems" but my application is now enroute to the County - which I do not trust. Their error jeopardized my court process. I requested a refund of their rush fee I paid for, they said NO. DO NOT USE THEM.
