I have used his website in the past with no issues whatsoever. I just submitted my application and paid my money, hard earned money a few days ago, and I cannot get past the second step in the process of obtaining my birth certificate. Horrible experience. No customer service available. Chat bot can't answer my question, and Vital Records is causing an error with my application. The information that I confirmed on the website doesn't match the Notary proof, and there is no one to help answer this problem. Is it a problem that there is a name mismatch? I don't know.
