Buyer Beware
I ordered six bottles of 2022 Chateau de Campuget Costieres de Nimes '1753' Syrah - Vermentino Rose, which they sourced from Little West Wine and Spirits. When the wine arrived the first bottle opened was obviously bad and I looked at a second bottle that was cloudy. I contacted Flaviar to express my dissatisfaction and my first response was from a Bot. When I finally reached a human they refused to make any adjustment as one of six bottles had been opened and they had no way to tell if the wine was bad other than my tasting which they didn't trust. How would I have known the wine was bad if I didn't taste it? Little West Wine and Spirits was arrogant when I spoke with them and Flaviar is basically washing its hands of the sale.
