The program itself is very helpful. However, they will double bill you thousands of dollars in adjustments. They hide these charges in an adjustment report. They will double bill you themselves for every carrier adjustment. Their customer service will deny the issue. They will avoid phone calls for weeks. This is a criminal organization.
