Generally fine, but some terrible customer agent
I generally have a moderate to good experience with Angi and the contractors recommended to me. This review is for Angi's customer agent. I started a project on Angi and it incorrectly titled and edited my project description. A day later, a customer agent reached out to me trying to collect feedback. I said it didn't go well because Angi mis-understood my project and I tried to elaborate why and she hanged up on me. What the HELL? You reached out to get feedback and I was kind enough to spend my time to share my experience.
