What kind of return policy is this?
I ordered my favorite unit, however, when I received it, it was the wrong color, my mistake. I wanted just to exchange and I would gladly pay return shipping. Not only did this company insist on me paying return shipping but also a 30% restocking fee! Are you kidding? I will never buy from them again and proceeded to block their marketing emails. My business will stay with Ebonyline.com.
