You have to put in your credit card to…
You have to put in your credit card to see what meals they have. Their meals aren’t compatible with my diet so I signed up and immediately cancelled. Apparently that doesn’t actually cancel and they will still ship a random box of meals to you and charge you. Contacted customer service and they told me “sorry, you’re out of luck”. If you’re going to require a CC during onboarding, realize that when someone cancels immediately, they don’t want your service. I shouldn’t have to cancel and then call you to make sure I’ve actually canceled. Won’t do business with your company as a result. edit: 1. Here's the exact text from my cancellation email: "Hello there, Your plan cancellation has been processed as of 08/09/2026. You have no more deliveries." Seems right of me to assume that no action is required on my part. 2. Green Chef reached out to me after the review and offered me a partial refund which is super insulting as its their mistake in the first place. Not sure why they think saving $30 is better than just doing the right thing and refunding. I'm happy to show a video of me donating the meals to charity or throwing them away or whatever, I don't want them.
