Truthfully the loan process is simple and they do provide funds quickly. However, the customer support is non-existent. The loan documents I signed were never emailed to me and were not on the website either so I reached out to customer support for a copy because my payment amount was more than double what was agreed to in the loan documents. When you try to call there are long wait times so they urge you to email instead for a faster response, but the it takes longer to get an email back. I never got the loan documents sent to me so i tried to pay off my loan early and it took 3 extra days because I could not get an answer from customer service, and because the interest compounds daily on these loans the pay off ended up being much more than the day I had initially requested to pay it off. If you have other options please take those instead.
