Best customer experience ever!
I made an error on my order by uploading the wrong prescription and when I contacted their customer service to correct this, they were so helpful and patient. They also made sure to get the prescription right and also confirmed with me that it is accurate. It was my error but they handled it with such grace and kindness. This is also my second purchase from them, because I know their products are good quality. I still use my eyeglasses and I ordered a new pair for myself and now I have included my husband too.
