ViewQwest

This is my second review of ViewQwest

This is my second review of ViewQwest. I left my first review almost a month ago, on 16 July 2026, and unfortunately, my experience since then has only reinforced my concerns about their customer service and support. The hardware kit was not delivered on the promised date, leaving me without home internet after my previous provider had already terminated my service. Since I had never received the hardware kit or used ViewQwest’s service, I decided to terminate the contract, and ViewQwest agreed to the termination. And guess what? 3 weeks later, I received a notification that a delivery from ViewQwest was on its way. I immediately informed them that the contract had already been terminated and questioned why the hardware was being sent. Yet, the hardware kit was still delivered to me. It has now been almost a week, and I have still received no response from them. Honestly, the whole experience has been incredibly frustrating. The lack of communication and follow-up is really disappointing. If you’re considering signing up with ViewQwest, I would strongly suggest thinking carefully before committing to a 24-month contract. Make sure you’re comfortable with their customer service and support before making that commitment.

Disappointing Onboarding Experience Before Service Even Started

I chose ViewQwest based on its reputation and competitive pricing, but unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing even before my broadband service started. My first bad experience - Shortly after signing up on the next day, I requested to change my activation date and was told I would have to pay more than $100 to do so. My second bad experience - My hardware kit was then not delivered on the promised date, leaving me without home internet after my previous provider had already terminated my service. My third bad experience- Despite contacting customer service, I received no timely updates. I was eventually told that the hardware had been handed to the courier a week earlier and was advised to check with the courier myself if I wish to. As a customer, I believe ViewQwest should take responsibility for managing its delivery partner rather than passing the responsibility to me. The onboarding experience has significantly affected my confidence in ViewQwest’s customer service. As a customer entering into a 24-month contractual commitment, trust and confidence are essential. Unfortunately, I no longer have the confidence to proceed with the service.
