I’m very disappointed with my experience. I bought four shirts from Nerdy Wave, and unfortunately, my favorite one arrived incorrectly. The front and back of the shirt are identical, even though the photos on the website clearly show a different design on the back. That’s not what I paid for. I emailed customer support about the issue, but they never replied. It’s really frustrating, especially after buying four shirts from them. I expected the product to match the photos and at least to receive a response from customer service. I hope they improve both their quality control and their customer support.
